Perfect for your extra large 15″ Cast Iron Skillet, if you are using a standard skillet reduce the serving size to exactly 5.333 and it will work perfectly for your 10″ fry pan. We used freshly milled wheat berries for 100% Whole Grain Flour and kept the peels on the apple. What’s lovely about this custard like creation is that it’s easy enough to make even on a busy morning. A couple minutes to saute the thinly sliced apples and only minutes in the oven for this souffle to rise to perfection.
