Shark-Cuterie Board!

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz Frozen Spinach
  • 8 oz Neufchatel Cheese
  • 16 oz Low Fat Mozzarella
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 14 oz Artichoke Hearts
  • Salt n Pepper to Taste
  • 8 oz Reduced Fat Cheddar
  • 8 oz Green olives with Pimento
  • 8 oz Neufchatel Cheese
  • Veggie Deli
  • Cubed Cheeses
  • Crackers
  • Sliced French Bread
  • Grapes
  • Kiwi
  • Strawberries
  • Variety of Olives
  • Mini Pickles
  • Blended Greek Yogurt

Directions:

Combine the frozen spinach, cream cheese and cubed mozzarella in your food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Then add the drained artichokes, salt and pepper and process until smooth, or leave a bit chunky if you like more texture in your dip. Place in a 8x8 glass baking dish and microwave on medium high power for five minutes until the cheese is melty.
Combine cubbed cheese, olives with pimento (no juice) and cream cheese in food process and blend until smooth, or slightly chunky if you prefer. Serve chilled.
