Strawberry Hootenanny

Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 1 cup Sliced Strawberries
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Whole Grain Flour
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 0.5 tsp Sea Salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° Melt your butter in large skillet and add your sliced strawberries until they start to become warm and juicy.
In your blender combine the rest of your batter ingredients and process until smooth. Pour your batter into the pan and put your skillet in the oven Cook for 18 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar (optional) and serve with maple syrup (optional.)
