The term “Dutch Baby” didn’t sit well with our family, so when we did a search for alternate names for this hybrid between a pancake, crepe, and popover we were tickled to see that they are sometimes refereed to as Hootenanny  cause that just FELT like our recipe blog

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° Melt your butter in large skillet and add your sliced strawberries until they start to become warm and juicy.
  2. In your blender combine the rest of your batter ingredients and process until smooth. Pour your batter into the pan and put your skillet in the oven Cook for 18 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar (optional) and serve with maple syrup (optional.)
