Kick Ass Crunch Wraps

"You can make these ANYTIME" We all loved our crunch wraps served with home made salsas and sour cream.

Ingredients:

  • 21.00 Flour Tortillas
  • 36.00 Slices Colby Jack
  • 1.00 Gardein Mandarin Orange Crispy Chick
  • 1.00 Gardein Crumble
  • 2.00 Organic Red Peppers
  • 2.00 Organic Green Peppers
  • 2.00 Sweet Onions

Directions:

Slice peppers and onion and saute until soft and slightly brown
Prepare the veggie meats so they are cooked through (we used the microwave to heat up the crumble, and the oven to cook the chickie while we prepared the peppers and onions above.
Next top with 9 cheese slices
Place half of the veggie meat mixtures on each side of the pan.
Spoon half of sauted onions and pepper over top.
Cover with another 9 slices of cheese.
Place two tortillas in the center and then carefully fold edges of bottom layer of tortilla up.
Bake in 375˚F oven for 20 minutes, then remove the top baking tray and continue baking for another 15 minutes until lightly brown and crispy.
