Banana Brownies

1. Combine sugar, sour cream and butter in your hand or stand mixer and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and bananas and beat until well mixed. In a separate bowl combine the flour, baking powder and soda and salt and add gradually to wet mixture on low speed. Pour into greased baking sheet or parchment lined and bake for 20-25 minutes at a 400° oven. Let cool completely before frosting
   

Frosting

1. Whip the cream cheese frosting with sugar and vanilla. Gradually add the heavy cream in a small stream while beating, until light and fluffy.
