Prep your silicone trays by brushing them with olive oil
Blend all of the ingredients in food processor, or with stick blender in large measuring cup.
Divide equally between 9 compartments in silicone egg mould leaving the middle egg space slightly less full (we've noticed that with the 9 space tray, the middle does not cook all the way through if filled to the brim.
Cover with your silicone lid
Pour one cup of water into the bottom of the Instant Pot
Stack up to two trays and lower carefully into the Instant Pot
Program to cook for 14 minutes, then let naturally release for 10 minutes.
