Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:
- 15 oz Black Beans drained
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 0.25 cup Maple Syrup
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Instant Coffee
- 0.67 cup Fiber Cereal
- 2 tbsp Coca Powder
- 0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Place the fiber cereal in the food processor and blend until it has a flour consistency. Next add your canned, rinsed and drained black beans and process until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips and continue to beat until well incorporated.
Place in a parchment lined 8x8 baking dish or a pie plate. Top with chocolate chips. Bake in a preheated oven at 350° for 30 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
