High Fiber Low Fat Breakfast Bars

Ingredients:
- 21.2 oz Nature
- 4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 4 cup Low Fat Milk of choice
- 6 Egg Whites
- 3 Bananas
- 4 Small Apples
- 3 tbsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Frozen blueberries
- 0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Place your egg whites, banana and apple slices (removing the core, but keeping the peel) .. in your vitamix or food processer and blend until smooth. Our vitamix was big enough to add the four cups of milk also. Add your wet ingredients to your dry and mix with a wooden spoon.
Your batter will be THICK. Place onto a lightly oil sprayed parchment paper and spread evenly. We lightly sprayed a spatula which made it easy to press out into all the corners without sticking.
Sprinkle the top with blueberries and just a few chocolate chips. Bake into a 400° oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Freezes well.
