These scrumptious little bites are made with non fat greek yogurt, plus whey protein powder. And because they use whole grain flour they are a good source of fiber and are very low in fat. Perfect for breakfast or a yummy snack any time of the day.

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients and then gently stir in greek yogurt and mix until just combined.
  2. Drop with cookie scoops into small balls unto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until gold brown and cooked through.
  3. Optional you can toss with butter or spray with oil and sprinkle toppings such as powder sugar, cinamon or cocoa.
