Mix dry ingredients and then gently stir in greek yogurt and mix until just combined.

Drop with cookie scoops into small balls unto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until gold brown and cooked through.

Optional you can toss with butter or spray with oil and sprinkle toppings such as powder sugar, cinamon or cocoa.
