Protein Whole Grain Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 8 cup Whole Grain Spelt Flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 8 Egg Whites
  • 32 oz Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup 1% Milk
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 0.25 cup Whey Protein Powder

Directions:

Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
In your blender combine the egg white, yogurt, milk, and oil and blend well.
Fold your wet mixture into your dry ingredients until just combined, do not over mix.
Cook according to your waffle iron instructions, or until steam stops.
