Combine all of the dry ingredients in large capacity food processor with dough blade. Add warm water all at once and process until dough forms. Continue five minutes until dough looks shiny and smooth.
Place in greased bowl in warm place and let rise until doubled in size.
Kneed dough a few times and divide into 8-10 pieces. Roll each ball into long strips (shape does not matter) and either grill or place on cast iron griddle over medium high heat. Cook on both sides until nicely brown and thoroughly cooked in the middle.
