Easy TVP Rice Bowls

Ingredients:
- 2 cup TVP
- 1.5 cup Water or Broth
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 3 Large Carrots Shredded
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 bunch Scallions slivered
- 1 cup Mayo
- 1 tbsp Fresh grated ginger
- 1 tsp Fresh grated turmeric
- 2 Cloves Crushed Garlic
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 0.33 cup Water (third cup)
- 0.5 tsp Sugar
Directions:
Melt your butter and seasonings in a pan until the water comes to boil and then add your tvp and stir. Simmer 5-10 minutes. Serve on top of rice with fresh sliced scallions.
Add all of the ingredients to a mason jar and mix well, serve chilled.
