Banana Chip Sconettes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Whole Grain Spelt Flour
  • cup Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 0.5 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 2 Ripe Bananas

Directions:

Smash your ripe bananas or place them in your stand mixer. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not over mix. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet, flatted with an oiled spoon. OPTIONAL: Brush with a beaten egg white. Bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
