Easy Marble Cake

Cream sugar and butter and oil together until light and airy with stand or hand held mixer. Add eggs and continue to mix another minute. Combine the remaining ingredients and add to bowl and mix until blended and frothy. Lower speed and stir in the dry ingredients (flour, baking power and soda, salt) EXCEPT for the coco powder. Place 2/3rds of the batter into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Add the cocoa to the remaining batter and stir until combined. Drop spoon fulls of the chocolate batter on top of the vanilla and use a chopstick or end of a wooden spoon to swirl into marble pattern. Bake at 375° for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
