Combine the flour and dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the starter and water and oil and combine until the flour forms a ball. Kneed for 10 minutes. Let rise in oiled and covered bowl until doubled in size. If you are using your own sourdough starter this may takr 5-8 hours or longer. If you use rapid rise yeast, it may take only two hours. Carefully pour the dough into an oiled large cast iron pan. Bake in a 375° oven for 35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and bottom taps a hollow sound.
