Dan’s Loaded Potato Salad

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until just fork tender. Leave skins on, cool in fridge. Assemble dressing and toss with cooled potatoes and your other ingredients (sliced scallions, grated cheese and crumbled bacon.)
