Mixed Emotional Greens

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of Greens
- 1 Other things
- 1 Cabbage
- 1 Fruit
- 1 Other stuff .. hard boiled egg? veggie deli? plant based chicken nuggets? Cheese?
- 1 Tortilla strips
- 1 Small cooked pasta
- 0.25 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.25 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Fresh grated ginger
- 3 cloves peeled garlic
- 1.5 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 0.3 cup Red Vinegar
- 1 tsp Prepared yellow mustard.
- 2 Cloves garlic peeled
- 1 Other stuff ... parsley? basil? oregano? cilantro?
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 0.25 cup Mayo
- 1 juice from lemon
- tsp dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 lemons (juiced)
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Light Tasting Olive Oil
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Rough Chopped Onion
- 1 Stalk Celery Rough Chopped
- 0.5 cup Ketchup
- 0.5 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 dash Chili Powder
- 0.25 tsp Paprika
- Salt to taste
- 2 Avacados
- 2 tbsp Fresh chopped basil
- 3 tbsp Mayo
- 0.5 cup Olive Oil
- 2 lemons juiced
- 0.5 cup water
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
When we can get fresh greens we make salads. We make salads for everyone and often dress them before serving them individually.
We blend all of the ingredients in a mason jar and use with a side salad featuring mandarin oranges. Or a main dish with fried tortilla strips and Gardein mandarin chicken or plant based buffalo wings.
Sometimes we blend our
Ranch dressing is wonderful on a side salad or as a dip with crunch wraps.
Place sliced avacado, the juice from two lemons, fresh basil, mayo, water, oil, salt and pepper into blender and puree until light and creaming goodness
