DIY Spagheti O’s

Ingredients
  • 48 ounces Organic Canned Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Non Smoked Paprika
  • .5 cups Milk
  • .5 teaspoons Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • Dash Thyme
  • Dash Sage
  • 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 pounds O Shaped Pasta (https://a.co/d/8wUS0pA)
Instructions
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

    Place sauce ingredients (except butter) in food processor or blender and puree. Heat on stove top until it reduces slightly, it will be thin. If necessary (if the cheese breaks) place in bender AGAIN :D return to sauce pan and add butter and stir until melted.

    Server over pasta O's with veggie meatballs if desired.
