As you can imagine with a multigen house of 10 we have a lot of different palate preferences. Take poppers for instance, some people like the heat of a jalapeno pepper, others prefer a mild mini sweet pepper. Some of our family members enjoy a classic bacon Jalapeno Popper, while others are strictly vegetarian. That alone lends itself to a lot of possible combinations. And we try to cover all the basis. Tonight we made some bacon poppers with jalapeno, and a few with mild peppers. We also made a lovely vegetarian cream cheese filling and stuffed that into sweet peppers and a few jalapeno halves with cream cheese only. Truth is, it's not much more effort to make a few different options so that everyone can enjoy their meal.
