Vegan Ranch Dip

Dan has been dairy free for the better part of the year and has been exploring creative alternatives to his favorite cheese and dairy dishes. Tonight we tried a vegan ranch and it was not only tasty but boosts significant protein and a great nutrition profile. It has about half the calories and fat, plus a boost of protein thanks to the tofu base. It’s a smart, lighter dip and definitely not only for vegans! Perfect with crudites or as a sour cream alternative on top of a baked potato.
