We made a dairy free chocolate cake for our Grandson’s 4th birthday. However we also made a whip cream cheese frosting for the space shuttle theme topper 😉 However these work well as little no frosting cup cakes. They are sweet enough to stand on their own. If you don’t need a vegan snack cake, you can add two eggs for a richer texture.

Combine yogurt, sugar, vanilla and bananas in large mixing bowl and beat on medium speed until well blended.

Add dry ingredients and mix just until everything is incorporated. With a spoon, mix in half of the chips. Pour and level into a 13x9" baking dish lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle remaining half cup of chips on the top. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes or until done (toothpick).
