Spinach Artichoke Elbows

Admittedly we are still tweaking this to get a creamier texture. But so far we have at least one family member say they prefer THIS to traditional mac and cheese!

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb Elbow Noodles
  • 2 cans artichoke hearts
  • 2 packages frozen spinach
  • 2 lb mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp unbleached flour
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Dill
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Combine everything into large casserole pan and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
