Ingredients:

  • 60 Grams Ocean's Halo Organic Ramen Noodles
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1.5 Cups Water

Directions:

Bring the ramen noodles to a boil and cook for 2–3 minutes until soft. Stir in two raw eggs and simmer for about 2 more minutes, until fully cooked and gently set. Transfer to a Vitamix or blender—or use a stick blender right in the pot—and puree until the mixture becomes light, smooth, and mousse-like in texture.

For additional flavor we took the second serving and added roasted veggies and blended again. Puree doesn't have to mean boring flavor.
