Redneck Tapenade for Wrap Night

Ingredients:

  • 2 Mini red peppers, seeded
  • 1 lb Colby Jack
  • 8 oz Green pimento stuffed olives
  • 0.25 cup Mayo
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Place the pepper and cheese (roughly chopped) in a food processor and pulse until the cheese crumbles and the pepper is well chopped. Then add the green olives (drained) and puree until spreadable consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.
