Perfect Light & Fluffy Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 4.00 cup Unbleached Flour
  • 1.50 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1.00 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.50 tsp Salt
  • 1.50 tbsp Sugar
  • 3.00 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.50 cup Water
  • 4.00 Eggs
  • 2.00 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl then add the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Ladle onto hot griddle (medium heat) and turn once when bottom is lightly brown.
