Perfect Light & Fluffy Pancakes

  1. Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl then add the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Ladle onto hot griddle (medium heat) and turn once when bottom is lightly brown.

Note

These pancakes are so light and fluffy you can eat them plain!  But we enjoy fresh fruit and whip cream or real maple syrup.
