Perfect Light & Fluffy Pancakes
Ingredients:
- 4.00 cup Unbleached Flour
- 1.50 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1.00 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.50 tsp Salt
- 1.50 tbsp Sugar
- 3.00 cup Buttermilk
- 0.50 cup Water
- 4.00 Eggs
- 2.00 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Combine the wet ingredients in a large bowl then add the flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Ladle onto hot griddle (medium heat) and turn once when bottom is lightly brown.
