Every family has their favorite mac n cheese. This is ours ... one night ;) And we always make enough to freeze for quick and easy lunches anytime.

Ingredients
3 pounds Elbow Noodles
2 pounds Colby Jack
1 pound Whole Milk Mozzerella
.5 pounds Cream Cheese
.5 cups Butter
.5 cups Flour
4 cups Milk
1 Crushed Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare three pounds of elbow noodles or other short style pasta.
Melt the butter in a large dutch oven and then stir in the flour and combine until all the flour is encorporated.
Slowly add the milk,, whisking to make sure the sauce is smooth.
Rough chop the cheese (or grate) and add to the pot and stir over medium heat until your sauce is reach and creamy.
Add salt, pepper and crushed garlic (optional)
Strain the pasta and add to the cheese sauce and place in an over proof roasting pan and broil for 10 minutes until golden brown on the top.
