Our Best Cornbread

Ingredients:
- 3 cup Whole Grain flour
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Corn Meal
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 2.5 cup Soy Milk, unsweetened
- 4 Eggs
- 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
- 6 tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 cup Can Corn, drained
- 2 TBL Baking Powder
Directions:
Mix Dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl and fold into dry mixture.
Scoop into oiled muffin tins and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
