Our Best Cornbread

Ingredients:

  • 3 cup Whole Grain flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Corn Meal
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2.5 cup Soy Milk, unsweetened
  • 4 Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 6 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Can Corn, drained
  • 2 TBL Baking Powder

Directions:

Mix Dry ingredients.
Combine wet ingredients in separate bowl and fold into dry mixture.
Scoop into oiled muffin tins and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
