Ogre Toes

Ingredients:

  • 24 Mozzarella Sticks
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce for dipping
  • 3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 cup Unbleached flour
  • 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 2.5 tsp Active Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup Beet Juice
  • 24 Whole Almonds

Directions:

Place your almonds in a small jar with the beet juice and let sit for at least two hours to soak up the color.
