Ogre Toes

Ingredients:
- 24 Mozzarella Sticks
- 1 cup Marinara Sauce for dipping
- 3 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 cup Unbleached flour
- 1 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
- 2.5 tsp Active Yeast
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil
- 0.5 cup Beet Juice
- 24 Whole Almonds
Directions:
Place your almonds in a small jar with the beet juice and let sit for at least two hours to soak up the color.
