MINI CORN DOGS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Corn Meal
  • 1 cup Whole Grain Flour
  • cup Unbleached White Flour
  • 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • tsp salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 cup Soy Milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 16 Veggie Dogs

Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in large mixing bowl and stir with a wood spoon or heavy fork until batter is smooth.
