Ingredients
20 ounces Cream cheese, softened (2½ packages)
.33 cups Sourcream
.5 cups Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
18 Oreo Cookies (May substitute gingersnap, lemon cream filled etc.)
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients with hand mixer until just smooth.
Brush the inside of the silicon molds with butter then using an ice cream scoop or ladle fill the molds until nearly the top.
Top with an oreo cookie and place the silicon top. Place both trays on a trivit so they are not touching the bottom.
Place one cup of water in the bottom of the instapot and carefully lower the trays inside.
Cook for 20 minutes, then let a natural release for another 20 minutes.
Chill for at least three hours before un-molding.
