Ginger BBQ Beefy Rice Bowls

We use two skillets .. one with ground beef and one with veggie crumble. The rest of the ingredients that go into the meal are the same. Making it super easy to satisfy everyone's meal preferences. ♥ Double the sauce ingredients below if you are making two batches like we do.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Organic Jasmine rice
- 2 package Veggie Crumble (or ground beef)
- 1 lb Organic Carrots
- 1 bunch Scallions
- .5 cup Soy Sauce
- .3 cup Honey
- 4 tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 3 cups Water
- 4 TBL Cornstarch
Directions:
Add your shredded carrots and let warm through until the carrots are tender but not soft. Serve over rice and sprinkle with fresh sliced scallion.
