Frilly Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients:
- 2 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
- 2 Egg Whites
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Softened Plant Butter or Butter or Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Chives
- 2 cup Water or Stock
- 2 cup Boiling water
- 4 Raspberry Zinger Herbal Tea
- 0.25 cup Soy sauce
- 1 Onion Sliced
- 1 cup Cooking broth after seitan is done
- 2 cup Slice Mushrooms
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 1 Sliced Organic Pepper
- Sliced cheese variety
- 10 Sandwich Rolls
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients for seitan in your food processor and blend for a minutes.
You can shape the seitan into an oval roast for slicing or pull it apart into small pieces.
