Frilly Steak Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup Vital Wheat Gluten
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Softened Plant Butter or Butter or Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Chives
  • 2 cup Water or Stock
  • 2 cup Boiling water
  • 4 Raspberry Zinger Herbal Tea
  • 0.25 cup Soy sauce
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 1 cup Cooking broth after seitan is done
  • 2 cup Slice Mushrooms
  • 1 Sliced Onion
  • 1 Sliced Organic Pepper
  • Sliced cheese variety
  • 10 Sandwich Rolls

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients for seitan in your food processor and blend for a minutes.
You can shape the seitan into an oval roast for slicing or pull it apart into small pieces.
