Fiesta Bowls

Add another skillet of tri tip steak bits and we have two versions of the same meal to suit the vegetarians and meat eaters. Add a wonderful nutritional yeast based "cheese" sauce and we can help everyone get the food their body needs.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Package Beyond Steak
  • 1 Can Organic Black Beans
  • 2 Organic Bell Peppers
  • 16 Ounces Grated cheese
  • 4 Avacados
  • 0 Season to taste
  • 0 Rice
  • 1 Sweet or Red Onion

Directions:

Start the rice
Prep the veggies and sauté
Cook the Veggie Steak according to direction.
Mash avocado (we season with lemon and salt)
Seve with salsa, chips, or creme (we used Greek yogurt, salt and lime juice)
