If you have a full 8-12 hours to rise, you can omit the store bought yeast and just use your starter. If you don't have any starter, you can omit that entirely. Mix your ingredients in your stand mixer with dough hook (or food processor, or by hand) and kneed for 5 minutes. Divide mixture into 32 small balls. Roll each out into a six inch strip and tie into a knot. Place on parchment paper, brush with melted butter and sprinkler with everything seasoning. Let rise for two hours (if using commercial yeast, 8-12 hours if starter only) and bake at 350° for 20 minutes (flipping over once if necessary to make sure bottom is cooked.)
