Easy Whole Grain Stamp Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 5.00 oz cream cheese
  • 1.00 cup sugar
  • 2.00 eggs
  • 1.00 tsp Vanilla
  • 1.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2.00 tsp Baking Powder
  • 0.50 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 2.00 cup Whole Grain Flour
  • 2.00 cup Unbleached Flour

Directions:

Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar with a stand mixer until creamy. Add eggs and mix. Add yogurt and mix. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then fold them into the wet ingredients on lowest setting. Roll onto a floured surface and cut out with your favorite cookie cutters. Bake on parchment paper at 350 for 12 - 15 min or 10 minutes in convection oven.
