Easy Whole Grain Stamp Cookies
Ingredients:
- 5.00 oz cream cheese
- 1.00 cup sugar
- 2.00 eggs
- 1.00 tsp Vanilla
- 1.25 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2.00 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.50 tsp Baking Soda
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 2.00 cup Whole Grain Flour
- 2.00 cup Unbleached Flour
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar with a stand mixer until creamy. Add eggs and mix. Add yogurt and mix. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then fold them into the wet ingredients on lowest setting. Roll onto a floured surface and cut out with your favorite cookie cutters. Bake on parchment paper at 350 for 12 - 15 min or 10 minutes in convection oven.
