Ciabatta Focaccia Pizza!

Ingredients:
- 6 cup Whole grain flour
- 1.5 cup sourdough starter
- 4 cup water
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 28 ounce can of tomatoes
- 2 tsp Basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lb Grated mozzarella cheese
