Chickie Salad plus Creamy Honey Dressing

Salad night is always lovely and it's easy to have plenty of options to meet everyone's needs. We sauted some chicken breast for the people who eat meat, and made Gardein plant based chicken for the vegetarians. Tonight we steamed four ears of white corn for a wonderful salad topper. Dan made pickled red onions earlier in the week that added a great bite! We used the left over pasta from Monday night instead of croutons and a jar of mandarin oranges made it feel special. Plus we tried a new salad dressing that paired so well with our chicken salad theme.
